OK so both Norton AV and AVG are picking up this virus though AVG says its in my FF files.

Both softwares are up to date but neither is getting rid of it.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried stuff like the Stinger? I'm not sure if the current version detects it, but its worth a try. Also, have you tried removing it manually?

I wouldnt think a adware removal program would remove it, by I'm sure spybot detects some of that stuff...as you can see what it is currently scanning for when you run it - and some worms are scanned for - not sure about actual virsues tho, as Redlof is a virus.
