Issue Description:

A driver is installed that causes stability problems with your system. This driver will be disabled. Please contact the driver manufacturer for an update that is compatible with this version of Windows.

Contact Information:

Conexant Web site: http://www.conexant.com (It gives a site in the message but its not real useful. It says conexant but i hav a volcano modem they must be related in some way?)
THATS THE MESSAGE.

I dont even hav XP SP2 in so i dont know what to do. Your help is most appreciated.

Thankyou

give up the info on the modem, manufacturer and all info that could lead us to the appropriate driver and post a link for you to download a new version of it. Cause modems are a little old ;)
