I want to make a menu similar to the javascript horizontal menus that have drop down menus when you mouseover the heading. Is this possible in CSS?
Also, does CSS work on IE4 and up, as well as Netscape 4and up..or am I better off using Javascript? My goal is the menu has to be small in size, quick loading, compatible on many browsers and look decent.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
