menu that appear on another frame

Hi

I found quite alot of dynamic menu but it only works if it's on the same page or frame.

I have two frame. On the top frame is the menu.So when mouseOver on the menu there will be a drop down which will hover on the bottom frame. Can someone help me???:confused:
