PHP and/or ASP coder needed

I am working on designing a couple large sites, the second one doesnt really matter right now.

So heres my spiel about what i need.

I am starting a somewhat large Web Design resource and buisness site. This site will have tutorials for programs like Photoshop, Imageready, Flash, Dreamweaver, Maya, 3D studio max, and cinema 4d. It will also have many downloadable resources for these programs and other things. This site will also include forums where users can post there own tutorials to be added to the main site tutorial list. We will have contests, weekly top pictures, signatures and many other things. For the buisness side of things we will be selling templates that we have pre-made and design custom templates for people when they contact us about it, we will also design logos, signatures, banners, ect.... I am the one designing this site and have very little knowledge in codeing, thus why im here . I am looking for someone that is pretty experienced in PHP and/or ASP codeing. At first this will be more of a Volunteer job. We will give you full credit for codeing the site and if you have a porfolio we will put a link up to that on our site. We would like you to be part of the community by posting on the forum, writing tutorials for codeing or any other program if you wish to, and just being a regular visitor.

I have typed up exactly what i need on a word doc so if you like i can send that to you aswell.

Now if this site goes well, i am in the process of designing an online electronics retail store, which would also be a major money maker. Just thought id add that.

At first it will be more of a volunteer job. Then as money is brought in Payments will start circulating around. Im looking for someone that understands what im planning to do. I want to start out with a Web Design site, offer free resources, and payable services like Web page design, coding, logos, etc. This site will bring in money but not as much as the next im about to mention.
