OK, so after hearing much ado about the YWDA (Young Web Designers Association), I decided to start my own federation, the Federation Of Old Boy Artist Types, FOOBAT. I put a link to my new federation's (FAKE!!!) website in the YWDA thread (jokingly), but they don't seem to appreciate the humor of it (they won't let me play in their treehouse), so here it is for your review:

Nice idea, but when I tried to view it, the image (jpg) you have there is very very blurry. Good idea tho

I'll explain. Actually, I won't explain, because some people might actually get the joke...

OK, for all those who have no experience yet with aging, I posted a more easily understood image on the FOOBAT Bifocal (http://www.itchybug.com/foobatbifocal.html) page... The original is here: FOOBAT (http://www.itchybug.com/foobat.html)

By the way, to become a member, you have to be at least 40 years old, and you have to wear bifocals to be able to read the fuzzy print.

Itchybug: Read CF rules 1.1. This little flame war of yours is ended.

I did read that. Did liorean take the time to read the whole thread? Give me a point-by-point violation report, then. I wasn't flaming anyone. Do you really think it's a good idea to let these children run wild, using up lots of forum space for their piddly little arguments? They have their own little club, don't they? Let them waste space there.

OK, now you can put a ban on me, I've had my say, there are plenty of other fora out there.

Just because we are youngsters who are interested in web development and IT, it doesnt make us stupid or "run wild". All we are doing here is to be part of a community of other web developers etc. You read the title of the forum index page, "Get help" < now this is what we do, and give it. If you don't like the way that this forum is run, then PLEASE go somewhere else, as no one takes kindly to be insulted like this. We have done nothing wrong by being here, ask George (WA - the admin) or the moderators about is...a majority of us are just normal people who come here to be part of something and help each other out.

Personally, I believe that Codingforums is no place for someone who backstabs and insults people.

Now, I've had my say..go on, rip it to pieces and argue against everything I've said.

Yours,

Jamie.

Wezel:

You read the title of the forum index page, "Get help" < now this is what we do, and give it.

There's an entire thread there (the one that's now closed) that had ZERO "help" in it, and about 20 or so posts of "Did he take it down yet?", "He said he was going to take it down", "Well, did he?", "Nope, still there", stuff that's not even chat-room worthy. Rather than skirting the real issue, would you care to explain how that's NOT wasting space and running wild?

BTW, I didn't backstab anyone, where the hell did you pull that from?

Yes, I also see this thread being closed very soon, I am going to ask one of the mods or George to lock it because of Itchybug's profanity.

Jamie:

First of all, addres ANYTHING at all I have said, without talking around it;

I am going to ask one of the mods or George to lock it because of Itchybug's profanity.
Second, look up profanity in a dictionary...Better yet, point out to me where you saw it.

Third, with every empty word you utter, you become more ridiculous. Don't worry, though, we're all following this thread and trying not to wet ourselves overhere...so your contributions are valuable, in their own way.

Thanks,

Bert

I really cant be bothered with this. Bert, you are backstabbing me, like I said.

Also, this thread isn't exactly a site review is it?

....and that isn't backstabbing?

Can someone please close this thread now.
