Need a way for web users to post pictures

Hello!

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong area for this type of question.

I have a web page with about 10-15 people who access it on a regular basis. I am looking for a script or code that would let each person have an area on the site where they could submit/post pictures on their own without me having to go in and load each one for them. The main features I would like are these,

1. Ability for users to post pictures.

2. Limit to amout of pictures allowed at any given time. (Web space is not huge)

3. A seperate area for each person to post to.
(Trying to avoid a gigantic page of pictures)


Is there ANYTHING out there, free or otherwise, that is close to what I am looking for? I have been prowling the html pages on google, but I can't find anything close to this. Thank you in advance
