Frame border color

I use frames on my site, and the frames are resizable. Is there a way that I can change the color of the border?

I don't think it's possible..

in the open frameset tag try adding this to it
style="border:2px solid #FF0000;"
that should give a red border color, just keep in mind u would need to have frameborder="yes"
