Can anyone tell me where I can find a weblogging program that is ASP based and contain just these few features?

1. Allow people to post a new threat. (no need to sign in)
2. Allow people to comment of existing threats.

Thatz all. I don't need all that other bulky features....

I hope you mean "thread"... anyway, I would check out http://www.hotscripts.com/asp and see if they have anything close to what you're looking for.
