how to call asp method in javascript variable

Hi,

Please let me know how can we prepare a variable in javascript within which we can call asp method.Actually within a javascript function I am preparing a variable,which consist of some HTML and ASP code for rendering the page.
can anyone tell me how can i call ASP method within that variable(for concatenation).which is further used for rendering the page.
