Offer free/small fees web design and coding

Hello,my name is Luka Horvatic and im from Croatia.
I am experienced web designer and coder.
Even i made many web pages i was have only few customers.
So i can show you only one site which i was made for customer.
I need to fill up my references with atleast 10 page,so i am willing to work
for free or for small fees which are requied for bandwith cost of my internet connection.
My skills:fireworks,photoshop,c++,delphi,PHP,HTML,JAVASCRIPT
