Need Help... willing to pay for assistance

I need to learn javascript and i'm doing it on my own in my lil spare time I have for a possible promotion at work. I have a textbook a friend of mine gave me who took a class 2 years ago and I'm working through a lot of the example problems.

If I can get someone's help with a few of the problems it would be extremely appreciated and I am willing to pay $20 for someone to help me with code. Usually when i see the code, it then makes sense to me but I have a really hard time just beginning from scratch.

I think if you take about 20 minutes on this site, and read through it, you will see that this site makes understanding J.S. a lot easier. It's working for me. I am not good enough to instruct, but if you don't get any other offers, I think this site would greatly benefit you.
