I want to resize an HTML page when I load it.
It is the homepage of my website, and then it should maximize when I leave the page again.

In the first link provided, the example #2 Animated Window Opener really caught my eye. How would I go about having the window start centered in the screen and then have it open in the same animated fasion to fill the screen? And can I force it to expand at a faster rate?
