I send out a monthly paid for html newsletter for a client of mine.
What is the best way to send it out.
Everytime I send it out it seems that some users don't get it.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

When in doubt, search :) : http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=47586&highlight=email

Also remember some spam filters may be blocking the user receiving the newsletter.

Some newsletters i receive are sent as PDF attachments. That way, spamblockers don't block them. Some people don't receive attachments though... so it's not a 100% solution

I had the same problem .... it only sent out 3 emails.
I discovered my webhost (Ipowerweb.com) has limited the sending
of emails to only 3 sends for every 10 seconds. This "killed" my
newsletter program.
I had to use a different webhost (netfirms.com).
It works great now for 270 people on my newsletter list.
But I hope they don't do the same thing.
Check your webhost ... I'm guessing that's where your problem is.

Isn't this sometimes a client issue? Some e-mail clients either a.) don't display HTML e-mail from the get-go, or b.) the user may have the option turned off.
