Hello Everyone . I Was Looking On Sites On How To Code and i stumbled here.
I REALLY need help on my site. The link is www.Arpp.tk and if you click on the splash you get transferred to the layout . My friend coded that layout but he doenst come on that much . The HTML for the layout is

. I Now Have a layout that i need to code myself. I Dont know nothing about html except how to make text bold and italic. Ive heard That You need to slice the image up and then use tables or something.
