Zelda Universe looks like it's using the comment system that is built into some content management systems. In other words, if you use Movable Type or WordPress or something to build your site the comment system will already be in place for you.

Your post title is

"Comments"

What does that tell me?! Nothing. Absolutely nothing. And there's a nice posting guideline that asks you to use descriptive titles.

See, when I search the forums for answers to my questions, I like to see titles such as, "how do I install a comment system," or "what is the best server-side method for comments," or something. Instead, I have to wade through post titles like "comments." So if I'm looking for how to install a comment system on my website, and your post comes up, I have no idea if it's relevant. There's a 99% chance it's a big waste of my time. The only thing worse than titles like "comments" are titles like "help plz urgent."

That's what's wrong with your post.

Yeah, that Richard Medek is such an unhelpful guy hey? Maybe that's why he's been voted for the helpful member award on these forums so many times?

he's trying to help man, all he's saying is: if you give your posts more descriptive titles - then you are more likely to get help, and it also helps in adding to the knowledge base that these forums are, by enabling other users to find already solved queries they may have on similar questions - via the search facility.

Also, he gave you a pretty good answer to your original question too.

Don't take it as a personal affront.

Kind Regards,

Gary
