i am currently creating my 1st webpage and im using notepad and im wondering what is the best program to copy my site to the internet for everyone to enjoy and not just me anyhelp will help so thanks in advance :thumbsup:

Hello! Welcome to the wonderful world of web design (say that five times fast! LOL) To upload(copy) your files to the web, you should use an FTP Program, such as SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com). It's free for private (non commercial use) and is fully featured.

yes however if your webhost does not support ftp then you will have to use their file manager interface

Oh yeah, thanx Aero for mentioning that, I forgot.

I hope that's not true with your server, Panckae_Lizard. Usually File Management systems can't hold a candle to FTP, mainly 'cause you can usually only upload one file at a time, and because HTTP is slower than FTP
