hey i was surfin around on the web the other day and came across this page with this really weird way to display pictures

i dunno how long this page will stay the same but this is the site i went to:

the thing about it that i was wowed by is the picture scroller at around the middle of the page that says move mouse curser to scroll. does anyone know how you can get this in your page? and if you do, do you know a way that you can link each individual picture to a page?
