Button colors and sounds don't work?

This is making me INSANE!!!!!!!! TWO DAYSSSSS of searching.

I'm new with Flash. I get movement and fading. My buttons worked in the tutorial. They even work when I have enable simple buttons on.

BUTTTTT, when I preview the movie the sounds and colors don't work. The actions are fine.

Before I kill myself, what gives?

u can't really expect you to give you a logical answer without seeing something a link or the .fla file if you have it would be great

I guess that's a good idea. If you have any opinions on the design, please comment. (The big ugly eye and goof text are placeholders).

First time I've uploaded anything here. Doesn't appear to be working. I clicked Manage Attachment->Browse->Upload and it appears to work, but I don't see it connected to the thread.

Does it take while?

I deleted the whole button and started over and the new version has 3 layers to it, the other had only 1. I have no idea where I got it from. Anyway, the new one is working. Thanks for the help, folks.

Still no idea why the upload didn't work. I guess its just my day to be a moron.

maybe u tried to upload the .fla file directly which the forum doesn't allow you have to put it in a zip file, or if the file size of the fla file was more than 50kb then that would be out of the question also
