Haywire layout for quote when window is small in size

I try to get my website to be compatible with small screen size. However, when I view it at a low screen size, the rest of the site looks like I want to, except the quote beside my logo. It becomes out of line with my logo. How do I remedy this?

I would suggest float positioning of your banner. This would put your quote to the right when the browser window is larger than the banner and under the banner when browser window is small.

You could just place the quote on the bottom of the logo...
