Security of developing???

1-What is the best language/combination for a secure website?

2-What languages offer a balance of the MOST SECURITY to protect me and SPEED of the intended application for the user?

3-Which tasks in this project can I/should I complete independently before coming back (if applicable)?

4-What price ranges would reflect which stages of development for this project? (i.e. $10,000 for whole site to $1,000 for modifications of a completed site, etc.)

5-Any words of advice or contributions that would assist me in planning development (or just in general).

Also, be more descriptive of your project and the compensation you will offer for it as per the posting guidelines (http://codingforums.com/postguide.htm). Anybody that doesn't bother to follow the link after reading the rest of your post will probably think you're looking for help or information rather than work.

To answer your security question: The language isn't very important for security, as all of them offer their own security solutions. You can create a security nightmare in any language. The coder and the server itself will determine for the most part how secure a site is.

Well you'll be gone soon. But before you leave, might I suggest that you shouldn't bother bidding for something like that if you don't have the proper skillset required. And seriously, $10,000? lol.
