Hey guys, iv serched everywhere and cant find how to do this. I thought i could do something like,

dim quicklaunchf as string
quicklaunchf = [users current drive letter] + "\documents and settings\" + [users user name] + "\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch"

only I dont know how to get none of the values in [] lol.

Or is there an easier way?

How should I know? :D

Just use it... if it doesn't work, then go to MSDN and look up info about shell special folders, or environment variables, or something. :)

Use the Win32API.
Public Declare Function GetUserName Lib "advapi32.dll" Alias "GetUserNameA" (ByVal lpBuffer As String, nSize As Long) As Long
...

Do a search on MSDN.
