May I know the best way of learning programming?
I'd also like to know how to learn it fast.
Thank so much for your precious guidance.

Well I don't think there is any *one* way to best learn to program. I find it easier to learn by example, I get some code and tinker with it to see what does what. Once you understand programming concepts, you'll realise it's just the mainly syntax that varies for language to language (not exactly true, but true enough for the time being).
Start with something very high level, that is something that not close to the cpu level (like assembly), but something that must be compiled into a low level language to be executed.
I would suggest maybe learn python or basic. There are lots of websites with tutorials out there. There is a good sticky thread with resources at the top of this forum.
I would discourage learning something like C++ first though, python is good in that respect because once you get your feet off the ground you can also get a grounding in object oriented programming so that will prepare you.
I remember discussing this before in this forum, I'll try find you a link to the thread. If I remember correctly there were a lot of good ideas in it.
