Postcodes and Villages

Does anyone know where I can get a database of all the postcodes and villages in the UK? I it need for a propery site search form.

The Post Office have a database called PATH which you could use for this - enter a street name and it tells you the postcode, or visa versa.

But it's not free - it would probably cost several thousand pounds. I can give you more info if you're interested
