Hi,
I created this site: http://www.gamescool.com/dfox/index.php as a personal portfolio for myself. I would like to know if you like the design, and how you think I can make it better. Only the index page, about me page, and guestbook page work right now.
Thanks for your help,
~David

That is one serious case of divitis you have going on there.
Try marking up the code more semantically, and when it comes time to add style, you'll have plenty to work from.

Apart from the divitis and classitis, your site is dominated by two menus, one of which with dropdowns, and -virtually- no content.
Work on some content first, then think about a way to get there. Remember that a lot of people ignore fancy menus; they just want to drill down to the good stuff as fast as possible.
Keep your navigation clear and simple, and don't go out of your way to make it stand out from the main content; instead, tie it in more.

You'm sure got lots o' code there 'bub.
What could be an unordered list, with a <ul> tag and some <li> tags you have turned into a bunch of divs with far too many classes.
I like the colour-choice, but you're taking the "less is more" a wee bit too far. Try and structure everything a bit better, and add some contrasting colours.
