ok..not bad.

Lose the drop shadow on the sidebar..it doesn't work at all. It's going the wrong direction from the rest of the shadows!

Add a 1 or 2px border around the title.

More padding for the link bars...

More colour, and take down the transparency of the star thing a bit.

man, this is MUCH better than the designs you've shown before (meant in a positive way).

I don't care what those guys think, keep the transparency and the drop shadow (although you should align it the same way as the other one). Other than that it's a pretty nice looking layout.

yeah, I'm with Richard, I like it, needs a few tweaks, but good.
