Any advice be help!
I have a student form let student fill in his/her contact detail personal information. But the bottom of the form, I have something similar (the idea) that I list as below

Load number from DB using ASP & then ...... into JS array
ages = [30, 25, 47, 19, 21, 8]
function sortNumbers(a, b) { return a - b}
document.write(ages.sort(sortNumbers))

My Ideas Output on existing page will be: (I use ASP taking care database part)

8 delete Change
19 delete Change
21 delete Change
25 delete Change
30 delete Change
47 delete Change
[Add New Number]

QUESTIONS
1) Once they click on delete link & popup window will be confirmed for deleting this number. (e.g. 21)
2) If Yes, then close the popup window. The new ouput on existing page will be as follows and the user information still display on page. (I use ASP taking care database part for deleting number)

8 delete Change
19 delete Change
25 delete Change
30 delete Change
47 delete Change
[Add New Number]

QUESTIONS
1) If they click on [Add New Number] & popup window will let user type in the new number then click Save. (e.g. 11)
2) Then click close button to close the popup window.
3) The new output will be as follows and the user information still display on existing page. (I use ASP taking care database part for adding number)

8 delete Change
11 delete Change
19 delete Change
25 delete Change
30 delete Change

I'd suggest using window.prompt()
From the JS Docs thread or a forum search you may find examples...

and use something like:
if(confirm('Are you sure you want to delete?')){
delete function...
}
