Simple Cookies

Hey All,

I'm getting into cookies. I've been looking at:

.. and am trying to figure out the simplest way to write a cookie. Basically I have a survey that a bunch of people are submitting. I just want to ensure that they don't fill it out more than once (a la cookies).

Should I be able to use the example code at the above link? Should I be watchful of anything else?

Cookies are not very relaibale for this sort of thing. All the user has to do is delete the cookie on his machine and he is free to vote again.

The user's here aren't very tech-savy, so I don't anticipate that being a problem.
