Hey, I'm at a school computer and View SOurce is disabled...so im going to make a few guesses...

you've got top and bottom borders set for every single table cell or div...again, just my guess. to apply no border to that specific table cell...

<td [color=blue]id="logintd"><input type="submit" value="Submit" /></td>

then in your css, add

td#logintd {
border: none;

hope that helped.. btw, the CSS tutorials I live by are at http://htmldog.com and the W3schools

those lines inbetween
What lines? Inbetween where?
I can understand that if English is not your native tongue it can be hard to describe your problem properly, but you have to be more specific and descriptive.

how to make tables w/ css
You don't "make tables with CSS", you make tables with (X)HTML. You can style tables with CSS, though; the sites Jalenack mentioned both have tutorials on (X)HTML and CSS.
