PHP and MySQL Help

Anyone know of some good pages that will help with PHP (not that big of a deal) or that will help me understand MySQL... I need to learn some MySQL because I'm trying to setup a Universal Login for my site that will store logins for the Guest Book, Message Board, Chat, and more. I really need help!
