im developing a newsletter system using asp. the problem is the newsletter receive well in hotmail, yahoo, gmail, and others as not spam mail. but when a computer install norton, the newsletter comes up as a spam. how i prevent it ? is there any code for it ? help me asap...

here is the code

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dim objJmail

Set objJmail = Server.CreateObject("JMail.SMTPMail")

With objJmail

.ServerAddress = Session("MailServer") & ":" & Session("MailServerPort")
.ISOEncodeHeaders = true
.SenderName = Session("SiteName")
.AddHeader "Originating-IP", Request.ServerVariables("REMOTE_ADDR")
.ReturnReceipt = true

If Request("fld_test") = 1 Then
.Subject = "Test Email Sent By Admin"
Else
.Subject = strsentsubject
End If
If strattach = 1 Then
.AddAttachment(strattachment)
End If
If Request("fld_test") = 1 Then
.AddRecipient Session("TestEmail")
Else
.AddRecipient rs("email")
End If
If strformat = "html" Then
.ContentType="text/html"
.Body = strsentmessage
Else
.Body = strsentmessage
End If
.Execute

im using the smtp component to send the newsletter. is that i missing some component there, so norton detect the newsletter email as a spam ?

i think it depends more on the content, try sending one out as if it was a normal friend-to-friend email instead of a newsletter and see if it works *shrugs*

i have test with simple content for the newsletter and it is work well with no spam tag on norton. but the newsletter we send every weeks is in HTML format. how do i change that ? is there any HTML tag that detected norton ? but i have received other newsletter too in HTML but it is not in norton detected.
