Iframe background image help

i want my background image in the iframe to stay where it is and just the text scroll. and how do i keep it allways on top of my flash that is underneath it.

To keep the background from scrolling:

<body background="xxxx.jpg" style="background-attachment: fixed">

And why do you want your background on "top" of your flash, anyway?
