Can u turn illustrator images into a bmp?

Hey

I want to turn a project I did in Illustrator into a bmp so I can put it into a game that I play as my logo, I tried just copying and pasting it over into photoshop and saving it as a bmp but that doesnt work, also If I screen shot the image and cut it out it looses alot of quality. So im trying to figure out if there is another way of doing this if it is even possible, so is it, if so how?

try saving the illustrator file as an "illustrator .eps" file.....then open the .eps file in photoshop...if photoshop asks you if you want to rasterize your layers, say "yes"....change the mode to RGB, if it isn't already, then flatten the image and save as a .bmp...
