I'm having a little issue with a link menu i'm creating with CSS and <div> tags. I have it working fine as it is, but I would like to create a simple pop-out menu to go with it, when needed. Also, the layout looks fine in IE, but in FireFox the side columns don't quite reach the full length.

Any help with this would be appreciated, I'm trying to make more of a move to <div>, instead of using tables.

To create the kind of pop-out menu that I think you're looking for, my guess is that you're going to need to use javascript or DHTML instead of CSS....

As far as the Firefox issue is concerned, it looks like you fixed the problem as far as I can tell...

You can use CSS, with a little help:

First problem is why aren't you doing this as a basic list and styling it as CSS? The point isn't to shift from tables to divs; moving tableless is the idea, but swinging over to replacing it just with divs is a bad idea. Use semantic and intelligient markup -- your menu is a list, make it a list then, and style it with ease:

Your issues with IE and firefox can be ironed out -- but they are really just debugging the coding errors in the html and CSS -- it would be better to do it as a list, and do it right; get away from that table mess, and debug that:)
