Well it looks good to me, (well anything looks good to me!) but I do have one suggestion. I would stretch the "Forum" box out more and put the "HTTPPoint Sponsored by:" on the bottom or something and put the "Hello again, Unregistered" at the top somewhere and put the "W3 news" somewhere else.
So the Forum isn't this one little column, it's more spread out and you don't have to scroll down as far.

Just my suggestion.
