Need some one talented to design a website look and navigation for a small company that does air conditioning servicing. There is a logo already but will have to be redone to make it web friendly, just have jpg image. Willing to pay 150.00 dollars for the design of the frame, i will insert text on pages as we get more into the finish phase. 50.00 will be payed after i choose the the initial frame and the rest will be payed in increments of 50.00 once first draft of html is delivered and then 50.00 when final project is delivered. Would like to see someone who has some innovation implement standard html and maybe some base flash. Payments will be made through paypal. The submittion s can be made in jpeg format.
