Object Oriented Programming: your favorite resources, please

Suggestions need not be specific to any language necessarily, though I am currently interested in developing my OOP practices in PHP, JavaScript and ColdFusion.

I'm just looking for anything to help better cement the ideas and conventions of OOP, but also some practical examples to work with.
