What do you guys think?

This is a site I've built for a mate of mine, he doesn't want any accessibility stuff in there, although I've tried to be a bit flexible anyway, could people let me know what they think and if there's any changes they think should be made which I've overlooked?

That's just a temporary address for now as it isn't staying there I've added in random background images (one of three chosen per page) and also have done a custom 404 page if the $_GET dynamic include doesn't exist, an example of that can be seen when going to a non existant address like:

As far as the design bit goes, it looks good. I didn't look in depth at the code though. Few more crazy canuks from Alberta. ;)
