Did optonline close all remote port access?

I have been running a telnet server of my friends to access my "site" and do a few other things.

It seems to have stopped working since the summer.

I have not edited it at all.

I know that remote access of port 80 is off, but i didnt know of the many other random ones.

Are they off?

this is what a port scanner is ideally used for (and not hacking, which is what it is actually used for) a good one is superscan
