You need to provide some more details than that. Does the computer make multiple beeps to give an error message? Or does the computer seem to POST?

I assume you've tested the monitor to make sure it works? Additionally, make sure you have your memory modules seated properly, all the power connectors, and expansion cards.

shin ryu, eh? hmm....

back on topic...

beep codes are the most useful things to us. Will let us know if bad component/loose connection/ etc.

Ok when i start my computer the moniter dose not start and it has a series of beeps for about 2 min then it shuts off.

Should I count the beeps?
I have a Chaintech VNF3-250

yeup. count 'em. and see if they're like, 2 long beeps followed by 3 short ones, etc.

Sounds like a motherboard connection or power problem....make sure all the components are connected properly and where they should be and test your RAM and PSU.

I thought that I'd let you know that TigerDirect has some of the world's slowest rebates. You'll be seeing them in like 5 months or so.
