Well, I've had my computer running for five days now, and just today restarted it. During that time I've installed one service (AMD Cool-And-Quiet) and several programs, most of which are compressed drop-in installs that doesn't even have any registry entries. Now when I restart my computer it gets as far as to the login screen, but blanks the screen out (graphical mouse pointer still on it, but the rest is black) and after maybe half a minute, it restarts. Same happens when I try using safe mode or start from "Last Working Configuration". It freezes when trying to boot with command prompt. I've disabled the C'n'Q service using the Windows install disc, but that didn't change anything.

Anybody know how to deal with a problem like this? I can always install again I guess, but if I could get out of that extra work I'd be happy.

Okay, so it was the Windows Activation thingy that apparently triggered even though it shouldn't... I've reinstalled...
