Scrollbar ISSUE

Hi all, I've recently joined the forums..i have this small site of mine .. i am facing a problem..i have tried to keep my site's width in such a way that the horizontal bars dont appear in 800x600 view.. now in 1024x768 its looks nice as there aren't any horizontal bars.. but in 800x600 the annoying horrizontal bars appear ...i've tried to remove those bars which appear due to 3 or 4 extra pixel other wise the page is made to fully appear without any need of horizontal bars..
Now you guys are the GURUs .. can anybody tell me any code/ way to remove horizontal scrollbars from my page .. just horizontal not vertical.. there is a way that you can remove the scrollbars..but it removes both vertical and horizonta..i just want to remove the horizontal bars only..please help me out with this.. -AbbasJin

But... :D You should have thought about 800x600 resolution befor building your page...
