Illegal: Sorting messages as HAM?

hi,

i was wondering - does anybody know that if technical staff look at the messages headers of emails counted as spam, to see if they really are, is illegal?
or even an invasion of privacy?

i wouldn't think it is, but what do you think?

if you are talking about "technical staff", then i assume you are talking about emails you receice as an employer at some company.
Most companys have the policy that email should only be used for workrelated stuff which allows superiors to read them. The company is currently work for has such a policy anyway ...
