It's not harmful to give that error out, it just means the style's config file can't be found, no sensitive details are contained in that or the error, the easiest way is to open up the phpBB database in phpMyAdmin and delete the template's rows in phpbb_themes and phpbb_themes_names, and delete the style, then reupload it, and reinstall it.

If it's what I think it is, the error is as follows:
phpBB : Critical Error
Could not open subSilver template config file
DEBUG MODE
Line : 335
File : /home/geoffers/public_html/phpBB2/includes/functions.php

Not to be an ***, but this is really more of a phpbb support thing, not something for us. The error is not an actual php error, but it appears to be something that phpbb has implimented due to a specific reason. Why? I don't know. What? I don't know that either. You would need to contact the script makers to find out exactly the reason why it does this.

Some of us got in trouble at phpBB.com today :p Anyhow, I think I know the problem...
Do you have, [phpBB root]/templates/alexisblue/alexisblue.cfg?

lol, theres no harm that can't be fixed. Stop making it so complicated for him. You don't even know if he has phpmyadmin access. You can fix this problem by using the things I know he has. FTP and admin access to his board.
Go to the board and delete the template.
IT'S THAT DAMN SIMPLE!

No, the admin panel doesn't work in this situation ;)

phpbbhacks.com should be helpful then.
I'm pretty much with Fou-Lu on thsi one, go to the people that created the software. However, I can say that you should delete the file from the server and destory any rows created in the templates table too. Uplaod again, and make sure you go to Install/Add New Styles (I don't know what it is off hand) to make sure it was added then check. If the problem continues, go to phpbb.com/forums, or phpbbhacks.com/forums for further assistance.
Edit: Binx, even if he doesn't have phpMyAdmin access, he should be able to patch together a good query to delete the rows.
