An anonymous hotmail address is not inducive to trust...
Don't you have a domain?? Also, I can not speak for anyone else, but I would need a good faith deposit of at least 30% upon signing of a contract, another 30% when the layout and HTML is complete, with another 30% once I had all serverside scripting completed for your review upon my development server and prior to releasing any code... The remaining 10% would be due upon installation on your server...
But the hotmail address makes your offer completely unfavorable... Please post a more substantive contact...

Fine...
I do not mind how I pay as long as not all of it is paid before completion.
My hotmail address is my personal address and is easier to use as I am not operating at work at the moment. I also have msn messenger on it as I am constantly on the computer and it is easier to talk there than via email.
