If you aren't going to ditch the tables and go for a CSS approach, then I won't bother mentioning that you really should do so.

Fuzzy graphics do not create a professional impression. All of the graphics on the home page are a bit fuzzy (except for the Weather Channel box). Work on the navigation. If I rollover the general area of an item, I expect to be able to click and go to that page.

I'll look more later, but the quality of the graphics and the navigation are the biggest issues to me.

Ok thank you

I used text links instead of image links until all the pages are set in stone as to what they will be for the final design.

I'm not sure why all the graphics appear fuzzy... I will work on that.

the photo they gave me was of very poor quality as you can tell.

You are missing a tag to specify your character encoding.
e.g <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" />

You also have some coding errors to you might want to take care of: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fbestvalueharborinn.com%2F&charset=iso-8859-1+%28Western+Europe%29
