Well this is really stupid taht I cant download some files I need as fast as I need.... i can get them but it would take forever to do it because of the 403 error for the page indexing the files!!!!

So is there a way to bypass a 403 error?.. yes kind of like leeching though this time you have the privilages to the files yet the makers of hte site made it hard to do!!!

you mean like an index file that shows all the files in the directory?

if so, your thread has a date with a server-side coding forum

if you're trying to 'rip' a site, use wget (http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/wget.html) or httrack (http://www.httrack.com/)
