Computer Diagnostics

I need a program that will show the speed of my Network Card (Gigabit?), and the speed of my hard drives (rpms) in addition to a myriad of other information that I may need concerning the hardware on the computers in the office. I need to know what is in them so I can upgrade them. I have been using belarc advisor, but it doesnt show these two speeds in particular.

the easiest and simplest way of doing that is opening the case and reading the label on your HDD that tells you its specs.

Alternatively when the PC starts, the hardware info is presented... press the "pause" button when system is booting
