Imp:mouseover help functionality

Hi <all>

I have a text edit control say Remote port.

I would like to display help that is when i move my mouse
over the Label it should show the information about what one can enter etc..few lines .
NO clicks..just move my mouse over the field..and info gets dispalyed.
Is it possible???/
