What can PHP do for me?

Don't use it just because it seems 'cool' to use it. It's the same thing as getting a nascar or formula 1 car and then asking 'why have i got this'. When you know what you want to make, then find out what you need to make this thing you want to make, work

suggestions of what you can do with PHP:
web forum/mail/calendar/blog/CMS/templates
- math
- have a form send an email.
- working with a database(MySQL and PHP tend to go hand-in-hand)
